5 pull-ups
Greetings. I am a freshman in college. I am 6'4", 175 lb., 18yrs old. Not a huge accomplishment after seeing some people pull off 52 pull-ups but when I started in September I could not even do 1 pull-up. I am pleased to say that about two days ago I did 5 consecutive pull-ups. I had never truly lifted regularly before starting crossfit. One day I asked a friend of mine why my lifting didn't have much effect on me and he showed me crossfit. Crossfit has changed my whole look at lifting and I will continue to do crossfit for years to come. p.s. I finally was able to do the 95lb thrusters the other day for fran. When I started I could barley do 75lb thruster. Thank you Crossfit.

Re: 5 pull-ups
A 500+% increase is actually pretty good if you ask me. You'll be one of those 52-pull-up people soon enough.
