limited equipment

Okay so here's the deal....Iíve been talking up crossfit with some of my buddies, and they are wanting to give it a try; the only problems is that Iím somewhat limited in equipment for three guys. The only thing I think Iíll have is a good pull up system.

So my question is this: What are some good WODS that the only equip. you need is a pull up bar? I know that there are tons out there (i.e. cindy, angie, murph, barbara, etc.) but I was wondering if any one had some favorites that maybe you thought of or maybe you've seen that they might like to share.

Re: limited equipment

yeah Iíve looked at all of those WODs, and Iíve found multiple affiliates that included workout that require no equipment, but I was looking for some that do included the pull up....I mean I guess I could just add pull ups to any routine, but i was just wondering if anyone had any that they were particularly fond of.

Eva T's WOD Compilation (wfs)

You might try having them do the Oly lifts with a sandbag. You can make one for under $25.
