After 8 months a 20 pound PR for Clean and Jerk

So in February I could clean 185. I'm 5'9 was 212 at the time (a lot of fat). I got injured in my elbow (still don't know what it is) and went from 185 to 155. Lately, I've built it back up to 185 and I've almost hit 195 twice.

Today was awesome. I hit 185 with no prob and just knew I'd get 195. It typically takes me 4-5 tries for a 10 pound PR but I got 195 on the first try adn then 205 on the first try.

I'm getting my MRI back tomorrow for the elbow so hopefully its not much and I can get to 225 in a few months.

But really pumped.

Congrats! Hopefully your elbow isn't anything to serious.
