Tough birthday WOD yesterday

Our coach allows us to design a special WOD on our birthdays. It is usually done on a Monday, which is usually the busiest day of the week at our box. One of the guys turned 52 yesterday and came up with a tough one. I was able to RX, but took forever. One of the guys did this RX in under 20 mins! Good luck!

Time To Celebrate... Happy Birthday Scott!

For Time:
12 135/95# Deadlift
Run 200 meters
22 Walking Lunges with 45# Plate overhead
Run 200 meters
32 Pull ups
Run 200 meters
42 65/45# Fat Bar Thrusters
Run 200 meters
52 Sit Ups
Run 200 meters
42 Air Squats
Run 200 meters
32 Knees to elbows
Run 200 meters
22 Walking Lunges with 45# Plate
Run 200 meters
12 135/95# Clean & Jerk

My legs hurt so bad today that I had trouble getting in and out of the car!!

My time was 39:27RX. Those weights were a bit of a struggle for me, especially the fat bar thrusters. I was happy to get through it!

Seems good but I'm not a fan of those types of wods. I like a little more structure instead of hitting everything for the sake of hitting everything.
