I tried it with 275# DL, which was the weight for my age group 45-49, and could not even complete the workout. 2/3 of the way through the round of 15 I had to drop the weight to 225 and I could complete it.

I think I am getting closer to being able to do the Masters DL/BJ WOD. I did 3RFT of 10 DL 275#, 10 BJ 30inch, 10 HSPU on 45# plates and was able to complete that just fine.

My max DL is 375, so doing a wod with 275 is pretty heavy for me.

It would help to be a bit bigger than 5-4 and 155lbs, but that isn't going to happen, so I just have to get stronger and faster.

The master guy who did 4:3?.. in the 315 DL and 30" Box jump event 40-44 Jeremy Herider just did a 505x3 dead in a comp.. monster
