3 rounds:
...15 front squats (135/95)
7 muscle ups
10 Hang power cleans

20 min time limitSee More


Did 115lbs for squats and cleans, did 3 chest to bar pullups and 3 rings dips in place of each muscle up.

finished in 19:00

Wednesday 9/25 WOD: 30 squat snatches for time, 1 muscle up every minute, on the minute. 3 attempts if you cannot do one. 1 mile run for time immediately following the 30th snatch.

Only did 75lbs, my snatched suck.

Did 3 muscle ups, then 2 or 3 attempts i think

finished in 15:15

Back Squat, did 245lbs, done 265 before

21 kb 1.5
12 pull ups

Did it in 12:15, pullups sucked and second and third run was slow

squat- 255lbs (10lbs less than before)
dead lift- 300lbs (35lbs more than before)
Shoulder press (140lbs, done 145 before)

Did a 30 minute clean ladder.

EMOM
1 squat clean from pocket
1 squat clean from hang
1 squat clean


got up to 175lbs, was tough
