Cheers!! I was a little gutted when i saw the clock go past 10mins though because thats what I was aiming to get under.

And you were right about the set of 15 HSPUs being the hardest set!

I love hate annie. On a good day ok, but when the DUs are bad, I hate it. Hard to not spit the dummy.

I know what you mean Nik. I have a little tantrum during the 50DU's because I just didn't get any rhythm going and that added a bit of time on but managed to get through the 40s and 30s in 2 sets which made up for it

My legs felt like jelly starting the 4th run. Did the Wall Balls in 2 sets each round. The box jumps were split randomly throughout.

A day off from doing the girl WODs so did some weight lifting!!!

Muscle Snatch 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Snatch 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Muscle Snatch: 40kg-50-60-62.5-65
Power Snatch: 55-60-62.5-65
Snatch: 40-45-50-55(f,3reps)

Really struggled with the technique for the full snatch. Needs work!!!!

Power Cleans
2-2-2-2-2 reps

70kg-75-80-85-90(f,1rep)
