175#/3 (3) PR 170 last cycle. This was my one rep max a few months ago...and I had trouble hitting it then.

Still a weakling but really pleased with the squats.

Got my period. What. The.
slow starting cycle like last month where it lingered two weeks light then heavy. I wouldn't mind except it really messes w lifting. Girls: we never know where exactly we are w hormones.

185#, 200 F, 195, 200 F 185. ?? Not surprised, but disappointed nonetheless. All that work. I figured its a 15-20% drop with the menstrual thing, which should end soon (i hope)

2x2x105# And here the head trainer came over to tell me, other patrons are complaining about the lift and the noise! IDK, Im not dropping them, Im using the lowest safety, racking it neatly, and lowering it to the safety. He and the head membership lady said 3 or 4 complained, and 4 people told him they were glad he spoke to me (after he spoke to me). IDK the one girl who competitively powerlifts that Im friendly with said it was the yoga people complaining. The head trainer said, the people in yoga (I peeked, they're just lying on the floor in the dark looking at cells and chatting) need to concentrate, because the poses they're doing - one false move and they're seriously injured. Plus he said, drops are wrecking the bars. what the ****? extreme death yoga. their bars suck they dont even spin. the lady said its not a powerlifting gym. I said, bench, squat, deadlift? its not?? what is it then? she said just, stay in shape feel good. She said its an odd lift I do that no one does, so when people see you they get ****ed. I said, powercleans?? really? every football program in the country probably does them. What would you do if I actually put some weight on the bar?? Heart attack city. So. I put an extra pair of kneesleeves on the safeties. **** it. I told the head trainer I'd bring my barbell (that actually spins!!) and bumpers and lower to the rubber floor since its quieter. So I guess I'm shlepping my **** over there later to show them. He said he would see if I could keep the bar and bumpers there in a locked room.

115# GREAT bar speed
1x3x117# all like butter, good bar speed. I probably could/should have done 120#, no spotter. Kinda relieved that 117 didnt feel heavy.
INCLINE BENCH
10x55#, 10x65#
I'm concluding if this monthly thing is going to keep happening, I should track % of loss, and whether or not I make a gain beyond what I made before the monthly. Meaning retried over 120#? We'll see.

Its getting harder and harder to be able to post to the log here. IDK it keeps logging me in and then immediately out; more frustrating is writing everything hitting submit, and being told im not logged in.

powercleans last weeks felt great, back/traps so not recovered. This session was the yang to that yin.
OHP 77#/4 (3) repeat weight next cycle. Struggling w/taking a new breath & restart.
CGBP 102#/5 (2), 102#/6 missed reps because - hamstring cramp??

Changed my session to pm to avoid yoga/class. Me, pads/towels for safeties, bumpers, & 6 guys.

170#/5, 4, 3 (I'dve had 2nd set if every guy didnt walk over for water during it...focus x5) maybe need smaller jumps

I asked all the people whether I bothered them (strange looks for pcleans). They all said no. Discussion ensued RE: what are YOU doing (guy was a bodybuilder, there are a few powerlifters.) IDK why we all can't get along.
