High hang power clean?

I understand "hang" power clean, but what does "high hang" imply? Do you not dip down as much or something?

My understanding is the starting position is above the knees or if you've got blocks, mid-thigh. Depending on preference it may involve both knee and hip extension or hip extension only.

Higher than mid thigh, just an ultra short dip and go.
