CrossFitters or "CrossFit friendly" facilities in Barcelona, Spain

I will be visiting Barcelona, Spain for about two months. I'm looking for a good place to CrossFit in Barcelona (a gym with the right equipment) or anyone living in the area who CrossFits.

Thanks,
Patrick

Re: CrossFitters or "CrossFit friendly" facilities in Barcelona, Spain

Does anybody have any updates on the CrossFit situation in Barcelona? I know there are no official affiliate gyms out there (checked the main site), but I was hoping someone stumbled across a CrossFit friendly facility in the mean time.

Moving out there in three weeks...

Hi Thomas,
Nothing in Barcelona except for the Metropolitan chain of gyms that are offering a CF masterclass without being affiliated ... Should really tell HQ about them, hehe. In Spain ATM there is a box in Valencia, 2 in Madrid, 1 in Zaragoza and 1 in the Canary Islands. I've been trying to get something going in Barcelona with a friend but no luck so far. Costs are too high. I know of a few people who offer KB classes and my friend works out in a globo gym that might serve your needs there. I am in the south of Spain so can't really offer more suggestions. Could put you in contact with my friend in Barcelona if you're interested. Do you have Facebook?

TTYL,

Diego

Their website is still not fully active but their email is info@crossfitzaragoza.es

Will you be close to Madrid or Valencia? There are currently 2 Boxes in Madrid with a third one opening soon, and one box in Valencia. I'm down south but work out in a globo gym.
