Funny, you didn't seem too winded when you were doing that deadlift/muscle-up WOD two weeks ago.

Not timed, but approx 3 minutes

Box squats felt really fast. The conditioning work felt good - no issues in pushing myself - but recovery is slower than before. It will take a few weeks before that's up to par. Glad to be back!

Only timed the first one. 1:29.

Bench felt great, even after all the pushups last night. Runs...not so much!! Happy with the first one but I got significantly slower after that. I wore my knee wraps to keep my Osgoods from acting up but I think that caused the seizing in my calves and shins. I took them off for the last 2 runs...they felt better but not good enough to make me faster. haha!

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
20 box jumps - 20 inch
x box jumps (while Tony jumps)

Score: 9 full rounds + 12 box jumps
Total of 192 box jump and 79 burpees)

Was not in the mood to train at all. Deadlifts felt pretty good until my last set. That last rep was heavy and not smooth at all. However, considering how I was feeling, I'm happy with this. Longest WOD I've done in many many months. YAY! Tony is still doing 50% so was with me for the first 10 minutes and then he cheered me on for the last 10.
