I'd like to add a 15-20 second L-sit (longer time once my abs get stronger) to the official warm up, but I don't know if that would affect anything or not.. should I add it or leave it out?

P.S. wish me luck as tomorrow I'm performing my first WOD! took me long enough to just do it...

Add it! Mastering the L-sit will give you monster strength!!! Everyone should have regular exposure to the L-sit.

Good luck for tomorrow!

Thank you sir! I probably should have looked at what the WOD consisted of before deciding to go with it...

Josh,

It won't inhibit your performance - I regularly do strength holds including the L-sit as part of my warm-up. Good luck with the WOD, let us know how it goes!
