do you have a dip station you could use as a rack?? ive actually done that when the cage was occupied. otherwise, youll probably have to go lighter weight for more reps (after a C&J to rack the bar and followed by another jerk to unrack it). itd probably be easier to just go w/ front squats (a squat w/ the bar racked across your shoulders) most of the time since cleaning the weight then squatting it is easier than cleaning it, jerking it, squatting it, jerking it again, and then dropping it...that is, easier until you find yourself another gym. a gym not having a squat rack is just ridiculous. id take my money elsewhere.
