I love burpees but I hate thrusters.

100 x 35lb dumbell squat clean thrusters with 5 burpees every minute until the s.c.t. are completed. for time.

The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.
So if your max rep of thrusters is 5 and you stop with :30 seconds left till the next minute that is rest time?

Depends a lot in the person. I have weeks where ill do 200+ ghd situps multiple times. They arent that bad if you do a ton of them.

i agree that it would be irresponsible to program that for an entire gym, but im sure (at least i hope) that wasnt the case

Nope. It was programmed by Andy Hendel for Spencer. He'll throw a challenge workout on the board once a month which is something that he programmed as part of Spencers HAM plan. This month, 150 pull ups. at the top of each minute, 3 OHS @ 185
