"The WOD Shop"

I originally created this WOD application for my clients/athletes to use on days away from the gym or while they were on the road. It turned into something a little bigger than I had anticipated so I decided to make it available to everyone. Perhaps some of you may find it useful. Enjoy.

Very nice setup & variation! I look forward to using it on days that I cannot decide what to do.

Re: "The WOD Shop"

This is a great resource, I'l use it when I am too lazy to go to the gym and too unimaginative to think of a bodyweight workout!
