Re: "Eva"

I wish I was well enough to do this one! I've been waiting for "Eva's" workout to be dropped.

Times will be pretty long, I'm sure.

Re: "Eva"

I scaled to 35# KB and 20 pull-ups and it still whooped me. Took me 40 minutes that way, as rx'd.. probably close to an hour.

Re: "Eva"

A very mentally challenging WOD. I managed 39:35 with 1.25 pood full kettlebell swings. Pull ups were tough after the swings.

Re: "Eva"

I'm quite honestly terrified. Partly thinking of the pain my lower back will be in, but mostly because it will last a LONG time. Just re-reading it now... a cruel and unusual workout

You suffer from the "dread" at times too I see! Good luck today!

Re: "Eva"

This seems like a goofy thing to say, but has anyone else gotten the impression that the WoDs are... getting harder?

Re: "Eva"

I think they have. With people hoisting up numbers like 2:19 for Fran, I think Coach is remedying our adaptation!

Re: "Eva"

Hell yeah, keep bringing it! This one's going to be awful. I'd like to see it followed by Linda and Murph. Can't wait.
