You're right Russ. I don't have the accomondations for doing muscle ups(I wish I did). So I am doing this quick and dirty workout in the mornings in my home just to keep my basic conditioning in tack. When I get time I somtimes go to the fire dept gym in the morning to encorporate some pull ups into my morning workouts also. I do get more involved with a lot of the other CF activities like DB thrusters, DB swings, dips, pull ups, handstand pushups(which is usually only 2 o 3 at a time), ect for my upper body work when I go to my regular gym.

5 rds for time:
15 65# Thrusters
12 65# SDHP
10 Burpees

A client of mine did this in 15.31. I barely finished 3 rds. Talk about humbling.

Power couplet - 10 rounds for time:
Muscle-ups x 3 reps
24 kilo double KB Thrusters x 5 reps

9:47

###

10 rounds:
muscle-ups x 5
1/2 bdwt thrusters x 10

I guess I did not write the time down but was under 20 min!

I did mine from above. 39:07
About midway through the first round of thrusters I realized I had made a big, big error in judgement when I thought I could handle 60's. Why do things like this sound like such a great idea when I'm just sitting in front of my computer? Oh well, made it through. Thrusters were biggest thing holding my time back, my best was seven and the rest were mostly triples from there on out.

Thanks for the info. That is one hell of a workout you're proposing.

Here's another one I did recently. I posted it eslewhere, so I apologize if you're reading it for the 2nd time.
21-15-9
Thrusters with dumbbells totaling 1/2 your bwt.
Ring Pull-ups
24" Box Jumps
Snatches with one of the dumbbells from the thrusters (21-15-9 on each side, switching is cool)
