Lifting analogies!!! Looking for some help!!

Hey everyone I really like using analogies when I'm teaching my classes !
As in
For kipping toes to bar act like your closing a window

Stuff like that! Wanted to see what everyone else uses and want to get a big list going because I feel likes its super helpful while teaching new comers!

Thanks so much !
Zack!

"Your arms are like ropes," from Coach B.

Get a speed rope and a little change plate and teach just like he does. Great cue for clean and snatch.

A few that I use:
Scratch your back on a tree. (Finish of the second pull in the O-lifts)
Lift the light weights like they're heavy and the heavy weights like they're light.
Air time is wasted time. (RE: Oly lifts)
Stripper squats and prison buddy deadlifts. (Keep the butt down)

Muscle Up: stick your nose through the window, or headbutt someone.

Regarding snatch and C&J, the bar goes where you're eyes are looking.
