Re: clock for home gym

I use my iPad pretty much exclusively as a timer. Works really well and I can do streaming radio from it as well.

Not sure what you have as far as gadgets but if you have a tablet the apps are much cheaper and just as good as a dedicated timer.

I use my iPad with this wall mount: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004Z8...f=ya_aw_oh_pii (wfs)

The timer in the MyWod app can do just about anything you need.

Re: clock for home gym

i was about to buy the Clock gone bad or the Title timer but then remembered that i have a Nexus 7 that i don't really use. now i plan on rigging some sort of mount and leaving it there permanently. it will be used to stream music to BT speakers, display timers app and log workouts.

Re: clock for home gym

I have thought about taking my 32" LCD TV from the bedroom and mounting it in the garage along with an Apple TV. That away I can stream my iPad or phone onto the TV and use it.

That will give me an excuse to buy a new tv for the bedroom lol

Re: clock for home gym

I use a couple timers on the iPhone & pass them to a TV I have in the garage via Apple TV. For $99 + the cost of the apps I get a great gym timer & music through the TV. It's abit overkill but I like a big clock w/ music + I use the Apple TV for other things as well.

Thats what I'm thinking. I could also stream movies and what not for in the winter time or summer when we are drinking in the driveway.
