Done with a partner, only one person working at a time except you must run together. Once you start a type of exercise you must complete all reps of that exercise before moving onto the next movement.

100 pullups
200 OHS (95/65)
300 American KB swings (1.5/1)
run 4 short loops (about .64 miles totals)

41:20 (partnered with Sammy)

Did about 35-40 of the pullups. I did 10 in a row to start off (pr).

I did a 95 lb OHS in the warmup (10lb pr). Tried to do the metcon with 95lb, but after about 8-10 junky reps, I moved to 75lbs for the duration of the metcon. I probably did about 70-75 OHS.

I probably did about 160-170 of the KB swings.

90 second handstand hold. Was up for about 30 seconds twice.

Left arm 50 ft waiters walk (2pd)
Right arm 50 ft waiters walk
30 rocking SLS to one box (the lowest I had previously gone was 2 boxes)

10:40

About 15 seconds after the metcon was over I did 30 double unders unbroken. Earlier in my warmup I did 30 unbroken double unders in 17 seconds.

Clean and push pressed every one of the ground to overhead reps

Skill work on the Clean Pull up to 175 lb. Need to work on sitting back more in the bottom position.

Need to work on soft stable landing

I need to work on a more explosive shrug and better landing position by getting under the bar faster when the weight is heavy.

3:45 but I forgot to do the set of 20 on the way down. Did everything else. Didn't realize it until 15 minutes after I was done.
