Looking for a good Crossfit shoe

Looking for a good Crossfit shoe or equivalent. I know I see people wearing chuck Taylor or whatever. Any suggestions?

Re: Looking for a good Crossfit shoe

Nano 3.0 is great for all around workouts. I've used INOV 8 F195 and Bare X 210 for WODs involving running and jumping.

Ok so nano good, got it. Had some minimus and they sure did do a number on my feet, especially when running.

Minimus would be fine unless the pain is unbearable. You don't have to get Nanos - there are Merrell, Again Faster, Nike, Vibrams etc.

I have the Inov8s the ones they did with Hylete and they are awesome. haven't tried rope climbs in them but for EVERYTHING else they are holding up great.

Re: Looking for a good Crossfit shoe

I recently tried the Under Armor training shoe elevate and it was a dang nice shoe. At 89 dollars it is a decent price. My only concern is that the shoe may be to soft. It does seem to have a nice low heel to toe ratio.

Here is a link to the shoe.

Was looking at some Adidas soccer shoes (indoor) they seem pretty similar to Crossfit shoes just not as expensive.

Re: Looking for a good Crossfit shoe

Been wearing Inov-8 F lite 230's for about a year now. No complaints. I think my next pair will be Nano's, just because ive never worn them before and want to see what all the hype is about.
