10 Single Leg jumps on each leg
10 Penguin Jumps
50+ SUs
DU Attempts
10 Leg swings on each leg in both directions
10 Air squats
10 Push ups
10 Pull Ups
36 Burpees (Yay! Burpees!!)

WOD:
Open 19.1 Scaled
15:00 AMRAP:
19 Wall Balls, 14 lbs, 9 ft
19 Row Calories

5 rounds + 19 Wall Balls + 3 Row Calories = 212 reps

I wasted more time in the latter rounds than I should have. The 1st round took me ~2min 22 sec. I couldn't keep up that pace.
