Wasn't moving very fast on this. ha!

Rushed through my snatches and cleans today as I was nervous about squats. They are starting to get heavy again. They went well though.

PM:
30k bike ride with Jane and Tony. I was super scared but we did great!! Thanks guys for your patience and the push. Next time you need a recovery ride, I'd love to do it again. I know I can do that hill faster.

Super excited about our new pup. He was born last night.

PM:
20k spur of the moment bike ride. Tried to keep up with Tony and Jane but they dropped me in like 19 seconds (and they were doing another recovery ride - LOL). oh well...did the ride alone, no drafting, and still hit my 2nd highest average - slower only to yesterday when I drafted Tony pretty much the entire ride. LOL! Good day. I'm happy, especially considering that I'm a little sore and my power is a bit lower after fairly heavy squats yesterday.

Felt pretty fast and crisp today but wanted to go a little easy today.

30km solo bike ride. Holy cow that was a hot one with some heavy wind gusts. I did well though and shaved another 6 seconds off that hill. WOOT!! Great day!
