Yoga with Jane - soooooooo nice and warm with the sun shining in through the windows. I may have smiled the entire time.

It felt pretty weird to train alone. Tony wasn't even here. Was all set to tackle GI Jane but once I started warming up and getting into the squats, every joint in my body was aching. Not cool. I suspect it must be lingering effects from this cold. It's probably good that I was alone because I thought I was feeling really good today and the aching made me really cranky. Did some stretching, foam rolling, lacrosse balling, then went for a walk and a tan. What a beautiful day! Feeling refreshed now.

Not a bad day - mostly just played around. Decided to sub overhead squats - I'm still feeling a bit achy so kept them light. For whatever reason, front squats really irritate my hips but overhead squats feel fine. :S

Hey Anthony, It hasa been a wile for me to post, but I have been following a long time. I have been working my squat pretty regular and have the last 7 months work and I was wondering if you would'nt mind looking at it and tell me what I can do to make the most of each session. Double Unders: didn't count or time

I wanted to test the piriformis to see how it would react to some pulling. Overall pretty good - but kept it light as to not push my luck. Played around with some double unders to elevate the heart rate, but nothing too crazy. Nice, relaxing, casual day.
