Questions from the newbie

Thanks for reading. Firefighter and Combat Medic here. KNow my way around a gym, don't have an issue with using substitutions and have great knowledge of proper mechanics ( studied kinesiology). Looking forward to the challenge, but have a few questions.

- Is there a method of choosing workouts to start? In other words, I don't want to do 3 benchmark days in a row with pullups in them right? I know this isnt "conventional" gym workouts, but doing legs 3 days in a row doesn't seem right for healing to me.
- Got the iWOD app, plan to start with benchmark girls. When do I move up?
-I'm reading 2 days of rest, is there a particular split?

Re: Questions from the newbie

Standard RX is 3 days on, 1 day off but that doesn't vibe with a week schedule.

You could just follow an affiliate's programming or the mainpage site.
