How much is a serving of broccoli? I would eat 1 chicken breast, 3 cups cooked broccoli and 8oz coconut milk, I'm also a girl and weigh 137lbs.

You.Need.To.Eat.More!!!!

Re: Need Help on Paleo Diet

Brad, you need to track what you are eating. Use FitDay or MyFitnessPal and you can easily share your diet with the forum. Don't just guess how much either, weigh your food.

It sounds like you have done a great job dialing in the quality of your diet. You are to the point of needing to refine the specifics.

There is some great advice on this thread but knowing specifically what and how much you are eating would allow people to give you better advice.

Re: Need Help on Paleo Diet

I will try doing a FitDay food log so people can see what I am eating.

Good advice. Thanks

Put it in your mouth, chew it, and swallow it anyway? That's like asking "how do I increase my desire to do a heavy fran when I'd rather sit on the couch and get drunk?" You do it anyway.

As an aside, I would pay ridiculous sums of money to have this "problem" of not being hungry. You likely cannot fathom how green your grass looks from this side of the fence, where distracting hunger starts 2 hours after every single meal.

Eat Fatfatfatfatfatty mcfatterson things. 1/3 to 1/2 stick of butter in your eggs, done. Butter in vegetables, done. Stop eating plain chicken breasts, get a bunch of thighs and drumsticks with all the skin and fat intact and put butter on it and slurp it down yumyumyumyum. If it doesn't irritate you eat peanut butter straight outta the jar or on an apple or similar. Did I mention butter? Also, add more fruit as others have said. Athletes need carbs, but you can source them well still. Drink whole milk or half and half in a pinch.

For someone with a couple years experience in their sport, yes. There is more to it then just to eat more but thats a big factor.
