The best price I could find with shipping, I really like them. I do have a Rogue R6 so I have not squatted heavy with them.

Re: My garage gym!!!!

Heres a new pic of the gym from the outside. I added two more 5x7 stall mats. That brings the main floor space up to 8 mats, Not including the rig and the other section of matting.

Re: My garage gym!!!!

Did my level 1 seminar this weekend. What an amazing experience, the best money i have spent yet. Chris Spealer, Matt and Cherie Chan, David Tittle, Nicole Christensen and all the coaches were awesome.

Matt was one of the coaches at my level 1 two weekends ago, and he's such a wealth of knowledge, not to mention a genuinely nice guy. After day one, about four of us hung out with him for about 15 minutes and just picked his brain on all kinds of things CrossFit & general fitness related.

Re: My garage gym!!!!

I completed the Crossfit Mobility seminar in Denver and I have to say that for the money you can't go wrong. That's the kind of seminar you could take every year and learn something new.

I also completed the USAW level 1 coaches cert this past weekend at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. If you get the opportunity pay extra for room and board. You stay in the dorms and get hang out and discuss fitness, diet, mobility and beer with the best of the best. Watching Olympians eat, warm-up and train is priceless. Especially to garage gym guy like me! The weight room was entirely different, for every luxury the dorms and cafeteria gave you, The grimy old school weight room away took away. I was humbled to use the same bar and chalk that the junior lifters (preparing for the Pan Am games) had just stepped off of. I was in awe at how the old faded bumpers didn't always fit on the bars. The rusty plate holders and chipped and worn out platforms seemed to have been there since the sixties. We need treat our Olympians better, but please God don't ever change a thing. Knowing that you are standing where the greatest stood and lifting in their home was worth the cost of admission. The10 hours of lifting over two days and the coaching you get from the in house Lifters was just the icing on the cake, and the only reason I signed up to begin with.

Re: My garage gym!!!!

I added the Black and Decker car buffer and a Marc Pro to my mobility arsenal this month. I love both so far, but the buffer takes allot less time. The Marc Pro will have long term benefits today should make it worth the cost. I just need to make the time to get it on and going. I also added an IPad air with the coaches eye app. I really like that addition for coaching my friends. I'm adding more #35 bars, dynamax med balls and hopefully some fire hose for battle ropes.
