Smile How to attach sisal ropes with eyelets to the roof (beam)

Hi I want to put up 4 x 7m sisal ropes with eyelets but unsure how to do it or the bets way to do it?

one idea in wrap a chain around the beam then get a u lock bolt to tie it up with.

I have also seen somewhere like a small harness that you can attach to the beam

If anyone knows how to attach rope to a beam for the eyelet on the rope would be great cheers

I'm looking to attach a rope with eyelets in my box too. I called MDUSA and asked for suggestions and they mentioned that they have seen local gyms use chains. So, I would definitely be interested in hearing about other options.

Do a search for an i-beam clamp with eye bolt. It will clamp onto your i-beam and allow you to hang your rope's clamp on it very securely. Google searching for "hang rope from i-beam" will get you in the right direction.

The chain idea sounds easy and inexpensive too. Looping a chain around and either put a caribiner through it to secure the chain, or just use your rope's clamp eye.
