(Everyone)
Three rounds for time of:
Row 1000 meters (1 SDHP = 10m)
Run 800 meters

Time 31:45

Whew! Lots of cramps on the SDHPs. Run was on treadmill (1.6miles).

Deadlift, 1 rep

BS-275 (No spotter - on Smith Machine)
SP-155 (opted to stay shy of max)
DL-275 (opted to stay light also due to hip)

The Porch

For time:
Run 1000 meters
100 Push-ups
95-115 pound Snatch, 10 reps (I did some approx. 100# shoulder press to take it easy on knees and back)

Time - 12:14

Push-ups and should presses were broken.

Tuesday 12/27/11 WOD

For time:
10 Muscle-ups (on machine - Smith Machine was busy)
75 pound Push press, 100 reps (80# the 1st 30 then 55#)
Row 1000 meters (SDHPs - 1st 50 at 55#, the 2nd 50 at 45#)

Time - 18:06

I was really struggling to get the weight right. But when I lightened it, it sure felt good!! I did the maching MUs at the end and not at the beginning - in hopes the Smith bar would free up.

Big Dawg - Porch

For time:

Don't know what happened to my math skills, but they created a lot more work. I reckon I needed it.

Friday 12/30/11 WOD

Walked 3 miles - 49 minutes

Right ankle is hurting pretty bad so only doing the walk.

Saturday 12/30/11
Self imposed healing days. Rt. ankle seemed out of alignment and extremely painful. Finally healed on it's own by evening of 12/30.?? Go figure?
