Consective ring Muscle ups

Having a hard time readjusting back to false grip. Any suggestins or advice?

It's possible to maintain the false grip so you can string them together. It's not real easy though so it'll take some practice. How long have you been working on it?

Control your descent. There's no use going really fast on the way down if it means readjusting your grip each rep. Work on coming down a little slower, keeping your wrists on top of the rings.

Eric,
Any tips on holding the false grip through the bottom of the movement? It seems like I don't have enough flexibility in my forearms, as soon as my arms extend then my wrists starts to slip.

Yes, there is some forearm strength required to maintain the bent wrist position of the false grip. This takes practice and training.

are you making sure you turn the rings outwards at the bottom to allow proper extension? you mght be trying to extend with your elbows together?

lik you know how you try and keeo the elbows together through the movement at the bottom you should turn the rings out to keep the false grip. there are some awesome tutorial videos of M/U!
