I FINALLY GET IT! Thanks to Eva at the cert, I have finally figured out that whole kipping thing. I've been able to do strict pullups (not very many) but have had the hardest time figuring out how to kip. After having Eva talk to me and show me, I did 2 in a row this weekend!! Although 2 isn't very much, If you knew me and how stubborn and I am you'd know how frustrated I've been. I am thrilled and by next weekend I'll have 5 in a row!!! Thank you Eva!!

Her demonstration was amazing, a simple progression to master the kip!

I totally agree Sarah. I've always been a strong dead-hang guy (25+ easily) but couldn't kip to save my life. Eva was kind enough to teach me at the Golden seminar this past November. Now I can kip no problem. Eva's teaching method is simplicity itself, and works great.

I taught one of my clients to kip in about 5 minutes this afternoon by using her method.

Watching her kipping video the other day under digital coaching helped my kipping.
I haven't gotten down the frog " american " kip but the " chinese " arch/hollow-pike seems to have come through for me.
Now I can do kipping muscle-ups for the first time. I never was taught to do one and it just seemed like too much work to try a kipping one vs a static one.
Once I start pumping these out, I hope to get one of those kip to support from dead hang that I saw at the last gymnastics seminar. Very cool. I figure kipping to muscle up on high bar will come very shortly.
It's a bit vicious on my shoulders but really stretches out my back though.
