Fair enough. the best olympic sprinters at 200+ pounds are 6'4 Ryan Bailey and 6'5 Usain Bolt.

I found an older sprinter that was 5'11 190 pounds.H is name was Bruny Surin.

Maybe I'm just overthinking this.
