9, 6, 3 reps of:

Power Clean
Front Squat
Ring Dip

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

*Amateurs use 60% of last set of 5 back squat from today.
*Collegiate & Professional use 70% of your 5 RM front squat.

Post loads used and times to comments.

155 - 3.5min, 2min, 30 sec

*Power Snatch should be approximately 85% 2 RM. For lateral hops use 12″ parallette or similar device.
