Beginners Guide to Healthy Eating
I'm a big fan of crossfit and been doing it for a 18months now. A lot of my friends seem to struggle with diets etc and find that its just too difficult to eat healthy.
I just wrote a book and put it up on kindle store, its a beginners guide to healthy eating. It's not about diets, its not about following a routine, its just a no non-sense guide to start eating healthy and letting yourself into the change.
You don't need a diet, you dont want a diet, you just want a no nonsense approach to start changing what you eat.
