Well. Let's see about that.

However, in the meantime, if you are ****ing HEALTHY and have all of your parts intact..

KILL IT OUT THERE. Just KILL IT. Go for it.. do your thing.. enjoy it.. be addicted... be HEALTHY.. have fun.. push push push and laugh..

cuz really, you never know how much you love it until you can't do it!!
Hope all goes well Eileen! Knowing you, you'll be killing it sooner then they think.

I remember thinking that those women on the videos who could do pullups and swing 1 pood KBs and put over 100 lbs over their heads were just absolutely amazing, and I was never, ever going to be able to do that stuff. I still wake up and think, "How did this happen?" I OWN A BARBELL. Not only that, I have a barbell inked on my body . And, I really do remember arguing with my friend about not having time and how getting to the gym for 30 minutes three times a week was going to be a BIG DEAL.
I shared this on my FB ( you blog post) and my CF Box girls just loved it. I am still thinking about it. Thanks again.
I had such a good workout tonight.

Infact, this thread, and the whole forum prety much, is so inspiring. I cant wait to get my pullups, double unders and hopefully break a 200lb DL this summer!
Heck, I signed up for our Memorial Day WOD at our local park.
1 mile
20 rounds of Cindy
1 mile

You girls make me crazy

Re: Where's the Girl Power?

Ladies, I just push pressed 105# and could have done more. It was a new year's resolution to put 100# over my head. SWEET. Also did 25#x2 weighted pushups. Felt SO BADASS.

Rest your knee and come back She-Ra style!

Sweet, you threw a little person over your head!

I think I will start a list of goals and get focused, seems to work for you, and all the other ladies!

Love it too!

Also, Murph was a blast yesterday (I did infact think of you while doing it, helped to get my 2nd wind )
I split the 100, 200, 300 up into 10-20-30 instead of 20 cindys.
Still sucked, but made me feel BA for getting him done.
