Lower back and neck pain

I have been crossfitting for a little over a year now with no problems. On Saturday I did Helen and set a pr. A few hours later I went to play hockey. Woke up the next morning and my back was a little tight. I did not think anything of it and played hockey Sunday night. When I got done I could tell my back had gotten worse. When I woke up on Monday it hurt. The lower right side just hurts when it is different positions. If I slouch just a little bit it hurts. If I sit down after standing awhile it hurts. If I stand after sitting awhile it hurts. Now onto my neck. Monday morning while sitting in class I looked to my right and all of a sudden my necked just started hurting, randomly. I guess my back set it off, I am not sure. When I look down it hurts a little bit, but when I look to the right it really hurts. I am not sure what set this off, my form on the KB's was pretty good, I think I had one bad form rep but I didnt think it was too bad. It could have been from hockey I am not sure. I am afraid to do any WODs, fear of making it worse. Sunday was my rest day and I had to take off yesterday because of this. Looks like I will be taking today off as well. Does anyone have any solutions for these annoying problems? Should I visit a chiropractor for this? Thank you for help!

Chiro may be a good idea.

Do you have any idea of what exactly is hurt?

This may or may not help determine that

Thanks for the link. I really appreciate it. According to that site it must be a strain. That's good news. My neck is what is bothering me the most now. It's right in the upper trap. Would this have been caused by the strain in my back?

Re: Lower back and neck pain

Possibly, if you are compensating.

May not be a bad idea to get it checked out by a professional though.
