Looking good Scott.

Quick question, is what you post CompTrain Masters stuff as written. Just curious, I have been on an individualized program for a long time, but if I ever wanted to switch things up it would be that, Invictus Masters or maybe I think Outlaw still does Masters programs.

Yes Jason CompTrain masters. I don't post all the stuff I do on here just the main parts i need to remember. There's a lot of positional and mobility stuff we also do. In my opinion it's the best programme. For example Monday was over 2 hours of training with snatch percentage, positional, back squats, jerks and what we call body armour to finish.

then 9 Deads 100k, 9 BF Burpees - 3 plus 7

then 6 Deads 125k, 6 BF Burpees - 5 plus 0

PBs on all 3 today, last two were comfortable PBs first one not. Used 85k for some reason when I could of used 83k.

Nice. There were a couple of guys at the competition I was just at that follow it as well. They also really like it. Lots of people doing it so I would imagine a large on-line community that posts times and feedback ?
