Sequence Training Rings

Folks in Canada will probably be more interested than the Americans in these rings available from Mountain Equipment Coop:

I picked up a pair by mail-order. Sequence is a climbing hold manufacturing company and these rings seem to be made by the typical hold making process of sandcasted solid urethane. The surface is kinda rough (sandy in fact ) similar to the powder-coated Rogue rings, but these could probably be buffed down if you wanted something smoother. They are intermediate in weight between the Rogue and Elite rings and about the same grip diameter as the Elites (smaller than Rogue but thicker than wooden ones). They also come in various colours and mine have a translucency sort of like an orange jujube - which might suit your style or not ...

They come with a pretty simple webbing setup with about 10' of 1.5" webbing connected at one end to an Ancra buckle (similar to the old Elite ring setup but shorter webbing)

have fun!

Re: Sequence Training Rings

Hey folks.

Over at Primal Athletes we are carrying our own rings that you might be interested in (we come in a little less expensive than the ones at MEC, too). Check them out here: (WFS)
