Videos of Exercises

Keeps asking for a login name and password.

Tried my board one and no luck. Did this become a pay for feature now?

Re: Videos of Exercises

Try this site (SFW)
http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/land_fo.../acim/acim.swf

In the select a module box -> Combat Fitness Program
In the Select a section box -> Exercises

Pick the exercise you want to see in the third box

Not that I'm aware of. I have no trouble seeing them, even without being logged in to the board.

Can you capture a screen shot of the error message and post it here?

That is AWSOME!!! It's a "Level One in a Box". Like a "Jack in a Box" but is is a presentation about Crossfit that comes out rather than a terrifying puppet that gives me nightmares... Did i just share my deepest fear with the community...

On to the serious question now. I try to download the daily video and picture and store it on my Hard Drive so I can continue to watch them when the internet colapses (or when I travel). Recently, I have been unable to download the files and save them. Generally I "right click" and "save as" into my preferred CrossFit Vider or CrossFit Picture folder. Recently, I have been having a tough time doing this. I am able to Right Click and save as but the progress bar gets to about 8% and just sits there and times out. I haven't changed any settings (that I know of) on my computer.

Does anyone have any recommendations to trouble shoot this? I tried googling this but I realized I didn't know exactly what my problem was and I got about a billion hits when I googled "trouble downloading".

I am running Vista (first mistake) and have a wireless router.
