A fun spin off Filthy Fifty...
This is one of those workouts that makes you want to take a nap after you finish.
As many reps as possible in 1:00, followed by 1:00 rest, for each of...
- Box jump, 24"
- Kipping pull-ups
- Dumbbell swings, 40# (I have no access to a 55# dumbbell at home! Haha.)
- Walking Lunge
- Knees to elbows
- Push press, 75#
- Deadlift, 135# (No GHD.)
- Dumbbell Thrusters, 2x30# (No Dynamax ball.)
- Double unders
Score = total reps. Weight vest optional.
With a 20# vest, I scored a total of 188 (2 double unders... I'm new to them). Now let's see someone blow that score out of the water!
