Hi

For the last month i've not fully recovered from a cold and cough a lot after exercise.

According to 2 seperate Doctors, i've got an infected trachea, and have been given an inhaler to treat it. One Dr said strictly no exercise, the other advised against but said it should not do any harm.

However after exercise (at altitude, in the cold) i have had 2 occassions of getting weak & dizzy, and feeling poorly afterwards.

Any ideas as to why, and whether or not i should do any exercise?

Thx

Exercising temporarily decreases immune function by about 3 fold, up to about 3 hours I've heard.
