Seems like goal should make you work hard.

Also I did tababta pushups(atleast I attempted to) the other day, and after the second interval, I could barely push myself up. So your score looks pretty nice to me :-)

Took longer than it was supposed to. I noticed my form for the deadlifts wasn't good so I slowed down and worked on form. My butt was way too high. Then I decided screw it because nothing was getting injured while I was doing it (maybe not so smart). Mixed handstand pushups to blocks and elevated pushups (feet really high). Shoulder endurance is getting better. I'll be able to do all reps to blocks soon. Worked on deadlift form with light weight post workout. I may have to scale the workout next time so I can work on form. I was going to do a "cardio" Wod today buuuuut Diane was just way too tempting :biggrin:. Will do one my next 3rd day. Either 100 burpees for time or a tabata workout.

ME Pullup
45lbs, 55lbs, 65, 85, 105 (fail), 100 (fail)

20 consecutive deadhang pullups

Push Pull
80lbs 120lbs 110lbs
2x15 2x10 2x15

Results:
Held the 105lbs pullup at 90 degrees since I could not get all of the way up. I was inches away from getting the 100lbs pullup. I WILL get it next time. Felt pretty good. Note: Less than a year ago my 1 rep max for the back squat was 205lbs :banana:.

Question:
I'm going to be trying to gain some functional mass in my upper body. Does anyone have any suggestions or methods they can share? Thanks!

Temperature has lowered today. I seem to be good to workout tomorrow. :happy: I'll see where I'm at tomorrow.

Went to gymnastics class. Swung on bars, did abs and static holds at different stations, and balance beam. Feeling good.
