subbed handstand pushups to blocks 1st round. Feet elevate really high for the rest of the workout. Subbed elevated feet pushups for pushups.

Slegehammer Swings 30 sec on 10 sec off 8 intervals

Ab stuff

Results:
Time: 13 mins 12 seconds



Oct. 14th

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Results:
Minutes: 13+12 pullups
Didn't have enough time to get to the gym so I did this on my doorway pullup bar.

Results:
Couldn't get to a gym for 20 rep squats. There was an earthquake in the morning that woke me up. The power was off all day long. Thus the gym was not open.

Went to a gymnastics class, it was fun. Jumped, did pushups, climbed a rope for the 1st time (it was great haha), rolled around, etc. Afterwords did a short workout:

Floor Press:
3x3 190lbs
3x2 190lbs
3 190lbs

Tabata Pushups
Score: 7

Results:

jay, 21 doesn't feel as different as 18 did, for example. i'm not a big drinker, so not much has changed, i guess!

first time i did tabata PUs, my score was 3, lol!!!

thanks. you're doing some pretty strong work yourself.
