Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Subbed Ring Pushups w/ feet elevated to height of hands.

Results:
Good WOD!!! Didn't have anything to write all the times down.
1st round: 3'13"
Last round: 5'06"
Other rounds (what I remember)
3rd: 4 mins something
4th: Longer than last round 5 something

Dec. 1 Rest went to see Mayhem Vs. Trigg. Trigg won!

Dec. 2

Ran 10k
time: 57 mins something seconds

I didn't sleep as much as I should have and ate junk food last night, which is probably why I ran this slower than I did a week ago or so. Oh well good run. Next time it will be sub 45 mins.


Taking a week off. I'll be back ready to break some PRs.

After the 10k I did 27 consecutive deadhang pullups palms facing towards me. If I start working my grip harder I'll be able to break 30 soon.

Heavy Bag Workout

2 mins heavy bag punching combos
50 reps 95lb floor press (broken)

2 mins heavy bag
50 double 35lb KB swings (unbroken)

2 mins heavy bag
50 pushups (broken)

2 mins heavy bag
50 v-ups (broken)

2 mins heavy bag
50 95lb bent over rows (unbroken)

Results:
Good workout, haven't hit the heavy bag in a while so it was really tough. 1 min rest between rounds.

Rolling, carwheels, roundoffs, handstands, and handstand forward rolls. Did my first full rotation on the trampoline when I tried a front flip. Still can't do a front flip yet.

65 pound Thrusters, 50 reps
50 Pull-ups
65 pound Thrusters, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
65 pound Thrusters, 20 reps
20 Pull-ups

Post time to comments.

Results:
14'21" Good workout. Going to be doing some strength work and stuff, thinking about doing ME every 1st day, gonna plan something out.

KB workout
Composed of stepups, alternating presses w/ arms locked out overhead, Dbl KB towel high pulls, alternating bent over rows, jump shrugs, assisted 1 arm pushups, ab wheel rollouts from knees, lying legs raises, and janda situps.


Dec. 10, 2006
As many rounds in 10 mins:
3 1 arm ring body rows each arm
6 handclap pushups
9 jump squats

Results:
12 rounds. Will go for 15 mins next time around.

Dec. 11, 2006
Floor Press
3x3 200lbs
Deadlift
3x3 280lbs

Rest-I think I'm getting sick.

Still taking it easy. Feeling a lot better. Greased the groove with handstand pushups and pistols. Got a freestanding handstand pushup on accident. My feet came away from the wall and instead of bailing I lowered myself almost nose to floor (need to improve flexibility in my neck) and pushed myself back up. Flippin' sweet!
