C'mon Justin, how could you possibly not include the toughest part of the day?

Grab your toes, butt to ground, chest up, knees out, and pull.

Your not kidding man. I have flexibility issues I didn't know about.

Re: Justin McGinley - I want to be a Monster

Steve, Camille: Thank you. Yesterday was a good day in the gym. I finally feel recovered from the ills of last week. It felt good to go all out at a WOD for 13 minutes and not crash and burn like I so often seem to do.

Re: Justin McGinley - I want to be a Monster

4/7/09

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

135, 145, 135, 145, 135
135, 155, 165
155, 115, 135, 145

Not a PR day today. Apparently last week's food poisoning caused me to loose some strength, and doing a bunch of Clean and Jerks the day before couldn't have helped. Jerks felt great during the WOD. All in all, a good workout, where form felt solid.

Nice work! Sometimes just getting solid form throughout is enough positive feedback...........
