Bank Auto Draft for recurring billing

Has anybody done this? I know most people tend to use software platforms to manage billing, but I know several banks that offer this as a service and it looks fairly simple to setup. i.e., client completes an agreement (paper copy) that lists financial institution info and the affiliate can submit this to their bank to create a recurring auto draft for membership fees etc.

I am also curious as to what Affiliates are using to draft mamberships. I have just bought an existing box and am in the process of figuring this same thing out. I was told about ABC financial but If any one has any other ideas please let me know. Thanks in advance.

The software does alot more than just draft fees. Also, if you are using software, you would want to make sure that it integrates directly with your software, so you don't have to go back and post payments to each individual member.

Brian what software do you suggest using for drafting fees from members? I was told that it also helps keep track of other important aspects of the business/financial part of things as well. Is there any help you could offer me on that?

Re: Bank Auto Draft for recurring billing

Hi Brian,

I'm aware of how powerful/dynamic many of these software solutions are (zenplanner etc.) but I am still interested to here from the folks that do recurring drafts via this "old school" method. Thank you for the feedback
