Any military guys unable to order Rogue stuff?

For some reason, the site is telling my my zip code is wrong... well duh, it's because there's no option for APOs, and evidently it doesn't recognize them... Oh well, now moving on to Elite Rings.

Re: Any military guys unable to order Rogue stuff?

Andrew:

We ship to APO's/FPO's every day! It is most likely just a matching error on the security side. We can ship just about everything we have over there in 70LB boxes. We outfitted a unit through Op Phoenix via USPS!

Just shoot me an email if you still need them: bill@roguefitness.com

Sorry about the inconvenience. Our system does recognize APO/FPO addresses so I am uncertain what the snag is.

Thanks,

Bill

It appears we are experiencing some tech issues with the processor, working on it now.

Lol, that's good customer service. I'll remember that next time I'm in the market for some CF gear. Having a military address stateside is cumbersome - I can't imagine that it would be any less so in fair Deutschland.

Re: Any military guys unable to order Rogue stuff?

We use Authorize.net for our primary system, they are down at the moment. Amazing the biggest CC processor on the net.

We have PayPal as our backup so during checkout if you choose paypal in the drop down and/or call us at 614.358.6190 we will get you going.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Pretty interesting thread on twitter about this.

Thanks Jay!

We are back in business, minor fire at the data center put a bump in the road today.

Thanks for everyone's patience!

I'm FPO AE, haven't purchased from Rogue, but have had plenty of conversations with Bill in the past over the best way to do it.

Andrew, I think you owe the man the flavor of his choice in Germany's finest product.

I love Rogue Fitness! I ordered some rings and the pullup bar system, fantastic service and equipment! I'll definitely be a repeat customer when I'm ready to outfit my garage gym.
