Unfortunately I have not purchased a squat rack yet so for me this would mean a clean before press and as im still working my clean with pvc pipe I dont feel confident enough to pursue the workout in this way. I have many heavy kbs (45kg are the heaviest ones.) Is it ok to say work on the presses with a kb and then just carry on with the practice of my cleans with pvc?

Leon, if it will challenge you and still leave you un-injured to train tomorrow then it is good. Maybe your way is different than the Rx-ed version but it beats the hell out of not training at all.
