Sorry. I'll be honest and tell you I haven't researched timing for fish oil simply because I don't think it matters all that much.

I've spoken with Dr. Sears and his team about timing of fish oils. I was trying to take about 10g a day. I was told morning and night are the best times to start taking fish oils. It depends on your desired dose daily. Timing doesn't matter, the most important aspect is being able to take an amount of fish oils that doesn't result in GI issues which will usually result in loose stool with a yellow or orange oil in the water. If that happens then back down on the dosage until it doesn't and continue for a few weeks and try to add in another dose in the middle of the day.

I take 3g in the morning, 2 g mid day and 3g before bed. That's the only way my body will accept it. 5 in the morning and 5 at night doesn't end well for me.

Oh, the OD poops are the worst! The smell is HORRIBLE and it can be very, very messy, and yes, I know from experience...
