CrossFit friendly Gym in Essex, UK

Not sure if this is the right place so will also put it elsewhere on the Forum.

For anyone looking for a good place to train in North Essex, UK.

Hamiltons Fitness Centre (don't be put off by the Fitness Centre thing - this is a weight lifting and power lifting gym). Plenty of bars and bells, pull up bars, parallell bars for dips, GHD situp bench, power rack, squat rack, couple of C2s, running machines blah, blah, blah.

check it out (WFS)

Spoke to the owner Stuart - good guy, seems very knowledgable (he knew who Dave Tate was for starters)

I've not signed up yet as the handcuffs are still on by the globo but this seems a good option.
